"I called State Farm today to make my monthly insurance payment, which is usually a quick, routine thing to do. However, I had the pleasure of speaking with Rebeca, and she truly made the experience great. Rebeca was immediately friendly and upbeat. She didn't just process the transaction, she was incredibly warm and personable, making a simple payment interaction feel genuinely pleasant.
